Marta Czech - Beethoven, Bach, Liszt
Marta Czech is a Polish pianist who is incredible. I am not sure why she is not more well known. In a few years she will most likely be recognized as a great pianist.
All of her videos are well done. This is her channel:

Three pieces I liked:
1) Beethoven - Sonata in D Major, WoO 47 No. 3, "Kurfürstensonate"
A very early piece by Beethoven. Written when he was 12 years old. The third movement is great.
@thobo7226´s youtube comment which is interesting:
Nice that the pianist recorded all three Kurfürsten sonatas. They are real treasures - Beethoven's teacher Neefe may have "helped out" here and there. Of course, the left hand is often "underemployed", but there are also a few passages in the first movement of the D major Sonata that are "really tricky". And all three sonatas are, of course, over-titled. Tempi, expression, agogics, the condition of the instrument and also the electro-acoustic quality of many of the pianist's recordings are exceptionally good ... only a few recordings should have had a different piano tuner.
2) F. Liszt - Totentanz for piano solo
3) J. S. Bach - Kunst der Fuge , BWV 1080
