Ronald Brautigam

Ronald Brautigam is one of my favorite pianists. I think he is the greatest living interpreter of Beethoven and one of the greatest of all time. You will readily agree with me when you have a chance to listen. He typically plays on period pianos which match well with his unique, nuanced and powerful sound. He has a great talent as well as an intuitive and comprehensive sense of the instrument. He plays well.

I was lucky enough to see him in concert a few years back. It was incredible.
