Beethoven Violin Sonata No. 4, Op. 23

This is one of my favorite Beethoven pieces. There is a perfect sense of balance between the piano and the violin. Momentum, tension, and beautiful harmonies are fully drawn together in a complete exploration of the main theme. The passion, clarity, and force in this piece is very Beethoven and is a fine example of his mastery.

A great performance of this sonata by:

Arianna Dotto, Violin

Hyejin Cho, Piano
